CANCELLATION POLICY

$𝟐𝟎 𝐧𝐨𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭 is required to book & goes towards your service. Deposit is nonrefundable unless cancelled on my behalf. ˙⋆✮ 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 Need to reschedule? No problem! Just let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment to use the same deposit for rescheduling and to avoid additional charges. You may use the same deposit once to reschedule. ˙⋆✮ 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 Less than 24 hrs = 50% fee of service booked + deposit lost Same day = 100% fee of service booked + deposit lost Reschedule and cancellation policies are the same ˙⋆✮ 𝐍𝐎 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐒 Please speak up during your appointment if you’d like anything adjusted — I want you to leave happy! All sales are final. No refunds will be given. ˙⋆✮ 𝐍𝐎 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐖𝐒 No call no shows will be banned from booking again and will be charged a 100% fee of service booked. ˙⋆✮ 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐬 If you are running late please communicate with me. I have a 10 min grace period • 10 min late = $10 fee • 15 min late = $15 fee • 20 min late = appointment cancelled and new deposit will be required to book ˙⋆✮ 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 + 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 • No extra guests • Please come with bare nails unless you booked a soak off (I only remove my work! No foreign soak offs allowed) • Cash is preferred • Card/Tap - Payment processor charges a 3% fee to all cards
